Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to love our Granny Lou Lou products as much as we do, but we understand at times you may wish to return an item.

Should you wish to return an item/s for a refund or an exchange, please contact us via our email address hello@grannyloulou.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help.

Returns and Refunds
So long as you have contacted us via our email to notify us of your return, please send the item/s back within 14 days from the date you received them. A full refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 days of Granny Lou Lou receiving your return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition you received it in

- Be in the original packaging with original tags

- Delivery note to be included stating that this is a returned item

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Granny Lou Lou will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged.

Exchanges
So long as you have contacted us via our email to notify us of your exchange, please send the item/s back within 14 days from the date you received them. Please ensure you advise us of the product/s and size/s you wish to change too.

Please note, that all of our pieces are handmade and the time it takes for your exchanged products to be delivered to you may vary.

Damaged or Faulty Items
At Granny Lou Lou, we take extra care with quality checking our products and in packaging up your purchases, each box is sealed with our label of approval.

In the unlikely event you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately via our email to notify us of your issues; please also include as much information as possible and a photograph of the damage. We will then notify you on the next steps for either a refund or exchange.

Delivery
All of our pieces are hand knitted to order; this is why we offer standard delivery only.At Granny Lou Lou we do our best to get your pieces to you in the quickest time possible, however with the love and care we spend on each individual piece, we ask you to note that orders will be with you within 14 days of placing your order. Should you require your order sooner, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate. 

All parcels are sent signed for, for assurance of your delivery.
